Custom Ornament Ordering Process

Artwork
Our artist will create an original pen and ink drawing of your subject. We work from your mailed or e-mailed photos. It’s best to send a few close-ups and distant shots that show some detail. We welcome your input such as: specifying a particular viewing angle, eliminating poles and obstructions, modifying trees and shrubs, etc. The drawing normally requires two weeks to prepare. A completed copy will be sent to your for approval.


History
A message of up to 100 words may be submitted for imprinting on the back of your ornament. It could be a short history, a quote from scripture, significant dates, etc. The history will be imprinted in black color only. All ornaments must contain the same copy.


Color
Your artwork will be imprinted in your choice of black, brown, or blue color.


Free Shipping
Your order will be shipped for free by either UPS Ground or the US Postal Service to any one continental USA address. We guarantee safe arrival or your shipment. We will promptly replace any damaged items or your may deduct their cost from your invoice.


Prices
The following prices include: creation of original artwork, imprinting the design onto the porcelain ornament, a history on the reverse side, gold cord hanger, individual poly storage bag and all shipping charges to one continental USA address.

Two piece, cotton filled gift boxes are available for an additional 40 cents each.


Payment Terms
We require a deposit of 25% of your order total. Once complete, your ornaments will be shipped prepaid to one address. Upon shipment, we will mail you an invoice for the total order minus your deposit. You will have 30 days in which to conduct your sale, collect the proceeds and remit payment. We accept checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.


What we need to start your order
  • A few clear photos of your church or subject. (Distant and close-ups if possible).

  • A history or other copy of up to 100 words for imprinting on the back of the ornament. (You may submit the history after your artwork is completed.)

  • A deposit of 25% of your order total. (Multiply the quantity ordered X the price each X.25)

  • The name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the person representing your group.
